What we need to know in order to give you a quote:

In all instances, we need to know how you are supplying copy

• Is it on disk?
  
• Hard copy?
  
• Do you want us to set it up?

Business Cards

1. How many?
2. Are they printed on one or both sides?
3. How many colours are printed on the card?
4. Do you require raised print?

Letterheads

1. How many?
2. What size A4 or A5, if neither of these, what size?
3. How many colours are printed?
4. Are they printed on one or two sides?
5. What colour paper do you require?

NCR Sets (invoices etc)

1. How many?
2. What size?
3. How many colours are printed?
4. Are all copies exactly the same?
5. Are they printed on the reverse?
6. How many copies per set ie: 2 part, 3 part etc?
7. Do you want these made up into sets, ie: single invoices?
8. Do you want these made into pads?
   (pads can be made up in any quantities you want, ie., 25 sets per pad
9. Do you want these made into books? If this is the case:
   Do you want all copies to remain in the book, or do you want some copies perforated so that they can be torn out?
10. Do you want them numbered?

Brochures

1. How many?
2. What size?
3. How many colours ?
4. Are they printed on both sides?
5. Do you want them folded? ie: A4 folded to one third

Books

Text:

1. How many books?
2. A5, if not what size?
3. How many pages excluding the cover?
4. Is the text printed in one colour?
5. Are there any colour pages?

Cover:

1. How many colours are printed on this, and is it printed one side or two sides?
2. How do you want it bound: Wire Stitch (fewer than 48 pages) or bound as a paper back?

There are many other different items that require printing, but the above information will explain what we need to know. Basically, if what you want is not listed above just give us the information covered by Nos. 1 to 3 on all items and we should be able to sort it out.
